Training
Working with management, MTI has developed a Career Development Training Tool that will assist both managers and employees to not only define the employees career path but gives them the specific criteria to be studied and accomplished. This in turn enables the manager to track the employees progress so that when the employee shows they have the required level of competence in a particular disipline the manager will have the substantiation he needs for promotions, performance awards or any other form of reward that the management deems appropriate.

MTI works closely with Redstone Arsenal engineers to develop a Rosetta Stone of information that enables the newly hired employee to have everything they need at their fingertips to perform their duties. This software was designed so that the engineer would have quick and easy access to over 10 gigabytes of data regardless if the work is being done at home, on travel or at he office.
